We were there for the RV dinner! The parking lot can be used without leveling wedges and has a view of the reservoir! The service was very relaxed and attentive! Despite sub-zero temperatures, we were always asked about our well-being and supplies were provided! The food was delicious and there was even a candle for dinner in the camper! Of course, everything went corona compliant! Please support the gastronomy!

As always, it was great! As it has been for decades! In thoughts of my long-time friend Peter ...., we had a special friendship from 1958 until his death in 2018. Today, as always when I'm here, I went for a round with his Luca! I can only recommend "Strepp am See"!

As always, the food is delicious and the service is always polite and courteous. The only thing that bothers that the train has a station. Fortunately, trains rarely go there.

We were there on a not so warm Friday evening in September. A third of the covered beer garden area was occupied, inside it was emptier, which was probably also due to the large distances between the tables due to Corona. But we wanted to stay inside. However, since the doors to the beer garden and the main entrance were open, it was quite drafty and cool. For some inexplicable reason, all the sun visors were halfway down, although no ray of sunlight could be seen. Overall, it wasn't very comfortable, but it was also due to all the Corona fuss. And if the weather had been nice, everything would probably have been better. The service was correct and we were thoroughly satisfied with the food! For that you could give 4 stars. A little tip for the staff: our table felt completely sticky on the underside when it was adjusted, a thorough cleaning would not be bad.

We went hiking with 9 people at the weekend and stopped by twice. Food was delicious, staff friendly and courteous. We were all happy.

Today we went to the beer garden with 11 men and they gave us a bill for two round beers and French fries, which was 70 € too high. When asked, we were informed that they had "miscalculated". Very unbelievable and not a first time happening. A rogue who thinks evil ?

On the way back after a long bike ride, we stopped here yesterday. The restaurant is right next to a stop for the Rurtal train, but that doesn't matter at all. The waitress, a young man, was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, he couldn't (wouldn't?) Give us the exact recipe for the delicious garlic fries If you like garlic, you should definitely try it! We'll try it out at home anyway! We can recommend this place !!

Old worn furniture, 1.5 hours. waiting for food. Food visually and taste underground !! 3x reminders. In the end wrong invoice. Was corrected. Once and not again. Not recommended.
